The event took place on 12th November 2024. The session commenced with a welcome address by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, followed by a thought-provoking keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Najma Najam, who discussed the challenges faced by Pakistani psychologists in realizing the applications of psychology. The scientific session featured paper presentations from various researchers and was chaired by distinguished scholars Prof. Dr. Farhat Jamil and Prof. Dr. Shazia Hassan. A workshop titled “Dreams: The Royal Road to the Unconscious and Other Worlds” was conducted by esteemed psychologists Dr. Naumana Amjad and Prof. Dr. Asir Ajmal. The conference concluded with remarks from the chairs and a certificate distribution ceremony, marking an important milestone in promoting psychological research and practice in Pakistan.
